| if you were the artist who makes a living showing this painting everywhere...you know it is...we have 5 people at my place right now really in shock that someone did this....its very obvious that this guy has taken a picture or looked at one and tried to copy it

| Good luck spending time figuring it out... It's not a copy! It's similar but not a copy at all... You would get laughed out of any court in Canada... Is the original artist from the states where he thinks he can sue anyone who makes something similar. Show me one court case where someone did that and won. It's no where near the same painting... |

I dont even think its illegal because I doubt anyone would pay to "rent" that "art" for night...so if theres no commercial gains, then its just for non commercial use...so no infringement |

| its not your art that he tried to copy...Julien puts so many hours into creating whats in his mind on his paintings..someone trying to copy his work and not asking him is stupid....its very obvious that its what this guy tried to do...anyways I dont care to keep going with this....we are going to talk to this guy no matter what. |
