| well, if it's for something drug-related, is it really a surprise? It's not like the rave scene is known for being drug-free and straight-edge.. And really, as much as people keep talking about how "legal" these BZP pills are, it's really more of a grey area, much like research chemicals (2ci, 2cb, etc..)..
Just because there's no laws specificaly against it doesn't mean that they can't enforce some type of law onto it. Every "legal" mind-altering substance (cigarettes, alcohol, etc) has an 18+ law, even though they're "legal".. You go advertizing the funkpills on the flyer, and marking that it's only a 16+ event, it's gonna draw some attention.. |

| this had nothing to do with, coming in and checking, the place was RAIDED by around 16 cops... this has nothing to do with people who are under the age of 18.. this has nothing to do with bzp pills... this has nothing to do with ravedave productions or natural disasters productions and people keep this statement in mind!
we are not in this situation by our own fault... we threw a party, were told that there was no issue with legality in this venue, that there was no sound leakage hence no disturbance for any households nearby (and they are quite far really). We were told that there was no reason for a shut-down
this has to do with people who were selling illigal drugs. I dont even know who those people are and I certainly dont encourage drug sale or use |
