I'm feeling positive love karma right now..

Help!

I misplaced my digital camera Monday morning at the festival, most likely forgetting it in one of the porta-potties on the path leading to the Sumzone. When I later noticed that it was missing, I went back but couldn't find it. If anyone has found it or has any info as to where it could be, please, please contact me by email at cpt_bricks@hotmail.com or by phone at (514) 956-8408. The camera isn't mine; it was borrowed and I can't afford a replacement. Most importantly, the pictures and videos stored in it are priceless to me. It's an HP Photosmart R817 and looks like this:

I don't want to point fingers or accuse anyone of stealing it; I just want the camera back. If that's not possible, could the pictures and videos please be sent to me, at least? I'm ready to supply a small reward to anyone who hands the camera in or helps me retrieve it. Thanks in advance.

-----

That aside, I had the time of my life. The music, the people, the setting, the scenery, the atmosphere, everything was awesome. Saturday night in the rain at the main stage was incredible. Every time we'd get a heavy downpour, everyone would start cheering, the music would get louder, more intense, and you'd spot a number of people stop to look wide-eyed in disbelief at the ecstatic crowd surrounding them. Priceless! I also really enjoyed my Sunday night at the Sumzone and the warm fire close-by; the people there were excellent company. The full moon was magical, as well as the following sunrise. Those of you who slept through it don't know what you missed.

My only qualm with the festival was the long walks needed to get from one place to another. A path going straight from the main stage to the Sumzone would have been welcome.

Many thanks to the entire Tech Safari team and everyone else who made the event possible. This weekend will remained forever etched in my mind (with or without the pictures, *sighs*). I will definitely be there next year.

I'm feeling saddened right now..

Pros:
-Sound system was perfect.
-Headliners were amazing. All the lives were sooo good. Props to Kode Six, Protoculture, Kox Box, Tegma.
-Most DJ's were on FIRE!
-Decoration was breathtaking. Best yet probably!
-The mud forced me to try dancing barefoot for the first time. Oh man!
-Weather during friday and sunday and monday was awesome.
-Swimming area was extremely appreciated.
-Bathrooms were generally clean!
-I barely even noticed the many security guards, therefore they did their jobs well. :)
-Everyone was friendly. The vibe at this party was simply incredible. I love you guys... or something ;)
-Parking was decent. No problems for me. :)
-NO complaints with the location really...
-Food and ice services MUCH appreciated.
-Kiosks were nice.

Cons:
-Saturday evening downpour (elaborationg below).
-Showers cost money :\
-Mass of people left on Sunday :(
-No escape from the sound. (Behind the main stage)
-Not enough picnic tables and basically no enclosed area to protect from the sun or rain.

The rain ruined the party's chance of being a total smashing success. No amount of rain-gear can keep you dry in the kind of environment where the water is falling from the sky as much as it's soaking you from the ground. The beautiful grass was destroyed by us when we refused to let the rain get the best of us. Although I'm sure I'm not the only one who ran out of dry clean clothes and footwear because of the water. As much as I'd like to dance around in a bathing suit at 2am, it was way too cold and still too wet to do it sober, tired and recovering from Saturday morning performances. But the dance floor was full every day and that is incredible.
When I left on Sunday, I was all too happy to be heading home and then the second I got home, I would have been all too happy to be dancing at Eclipse some more. see you all next year!

peace
I'm feeling psyched right now..

I have a suggestion or two for next year.
- Somewhere that has a roof with tables and chairs in case the weather isn't outdoor friendly. Sitting in a tent waiting out the rain in the dark was really frustrating.
- The campsites should be numbered or identified, so that you can find your tent at night, or tell others what section you're in.
- Free parking, any charge is silly, just add it to the price of the ticket if you're not going to give people a choice. Just have a VIP parking section for extra $... like you did.
- MUCH better indication of the line up for the day/night. I never had any clue who was playing when, and I feel that if more people knew who was playing when, they would have been on the dance floor more often.
- Showers should be part of the ticket price too, you can't charge people to stay clean.
I'm feeling psyched right now..
