Go Montreal!

In either case the both of those two are hopeless against Ottawa this year, but with the standings the way they are you might make it to the conference finals before going out.
I'm feeling hiveminded right now..

what does that have to do with whats being talked about in this thread?

we all know how many teams are battling to get into the playoffs, but at the moment toronto and montreal are 1 point away from each other, and thats whats being said here.

my point is those are not the only 2 teams in the east 1 point away from each other for a playoff spot and it's entirely possible neither team will make the playoffs.

thats obvious, but still Montreal and toronto games are always battles, and still could decide montreals fate in the playoffs

even though i'm routin for montreal and leafs are kind shmeh, i'd rather see a playoff game against those two teams, not one or the other
I'm feeling nice right now..

i am not a leafs fan, but name ONE of their best players, ever?

Gary Roberts, Red Kelly, Frank Mahovolich, Daryl Sittler, Borje Salming, Doug Gilmour, Dave Andreychuk, Ed Belfour, Wendel Clark, Charlie Conacher, Mike Gartner, Grant Fuhr.....the list goes on and on. I hate the team, but they have had some of the best players ever to lace up the skates.
