Yeah, Jesse, I have to agree with you, probably the worst set I've heard from Frisky so far. Still an awesome party though. I had fun, even though I was tired when I got there. (and totally awaked after the party, no drugs involved, go figure)
I'm feeling oldschool right now..

So people want to know why I am not happy. Well in fact I'm surprised I'm going to be the first one to step up and talk about it. I guess the other people are total sheeps.

So I get to the party at around midnight. Second I get out of the car, bouncers come to me and force me to get into the venue, telling me Im not allowed smoking outside, but they made a "smoking room" with the basement floor. Right from there I knew it was a stupid/bad idea and it would cause problems. So I get to the party, looks like there is a lot of people.

Then, my 2 friends didnt have enough cash to get in (25$, well overpriced for local djs at a place like fractal), so I dealt with the promoter and his girlfriend to let them in for whatever they had in their pockets (10$ each).

I then proceed to go downstairs and smoke my lungs out, chilling with some friends. A couple minutes after, they close the door, lock it and then proceed to tell us not to make a sound, that the cops were upstairs.

At this point, were about 100+ people, stuck in pitch black in a filthy rave basement, not allowed to say a word. In fact, they had people walking around like fucking Nazis and telling us to shut up every five seconds. Even a murmur was apparently too loud, ignoring the fact that there *was* a rave going on upstairs and we could hear the music and people yelling quite loud. At that point I was still taking the whole situation as a joke, thinking how fucking stupid the whole situation was, since it was ridiculous to make people smoke inside as a very poor attempt to attract the attention from the cops. As drunk as I was, I guess me and my friends made slightly more sound than we were supposed to (such as light outbursts of laughter, etc...)

Feeling my bladder was about to explode, I then proceed to the bathroom. And when I was finished relieving myself, by instinct and by etiquette i then flushed the toilet. When I came out people were looking at me like I was crazy.

So we stay in the dark for a while more, like a poor rave remake of Anne Frank. Then after about an hour and a half/2 hours, someone opens the front door and yells for us to get out quickly, as the cops were in the back and they wouldnt see us running up the stairs.

When I do get back in the main room, I get catched in the stairs by Mille-Patte (the promoter), his girlfriend and J-S (Sickness. They all start bitching at me, accusing me of trying to sabotage the whole situation, etc... Feeling really bad about it, I excused myself, telling them my behaviors were in no way meant to be disrepectful. I just had good education and flush when I pee. Also they bitched at me because they had let my friends in for only 10$ and to thank them i nearly fucked up their party.

After that we all decide to leave, cuz we just had the shittiest night ever. But when I did get in the car I realised something.. Wait a minute, did I just get bitched at because I made a bit of noise while i was sequestrated in a basement for nearly 2 hours in pitch black???? WTF. The promoters and the owner, stephane were flagrantly stupid for letting people smoke inside, knowing full well they could get a fine up to 10,000$ for doing this. They shoud have taken full responsability for this and not let people fucking die in a basement. Also, HOW CAN THEY BITCH THAT THEY LET MY FRIENDS IN FOR 10$ IF THEY ACTUALLY PAID THAT MONEY TO GO IN, GET SEQUESTRATED AND THEN LEAVE???

So now, I am the first one to actually talk about it. THe other people there were maybe just too high or fucking stupid to do/say anything but I really feel that this is unacceptable. The only person that gave even a slight half-assed apology was Stephane's (the owner) girlfriend, when she said "désolé" as she crammed us all out the door into fucking raver-goo fantasy.

Now I have people bitching at me for not being respectful, but I dont fucking care. I feel that the least I deserve is a fucking apology, and possibly a good blowjob to top it off.

Fuck-you Millepattes,
Fuck-you Millepattes girlfriend a.k.a Goebbels

And Stephane, get your fucking shit together, you wont keep that venue for long if you dont.

25 bucks for local DJs at the FRACTAL CENTRE?! That place is such a shithole. That's balls to charge that much.

I also want to add that I am not posting this to bitch at the party. From what I saw int he actual rave, things seemed fun. But alas, I was not allowed to enjoy that. I just wanted to point out how disrepectful and Illegal this is.

I think locking people in a basement for 2 hours and not letting them out is not so legal either

Glad I wasn't part of the people locked down there. I'm impressed you all have been good kids staying smooth and relaxed! I mean it's a rave, there's zero authority, I'd have jumped outta there to kick some nuts...

Some people need to learn to be professionnal tho. Some promoters seem to run raves like fucking kindergardens. Hey, you're organizing an event and people pay the big price, think about them like customers.

I bought my ticket in advance for Daniel Ro, LOLZ. Where was Daniel Ro? LOLZ!

It's weird that this week people were upset at a HappyHardCore party, and happy at a HardCore party...go figure...(Sickness, despite all the bullshit, I hope the party went well - sorry I couldn't make it, but I think everyone knows how I feel at an HHC event...and to Mr.Maximo: you're absolutely right to speak up, it's just too bad everyone was too nervous or fucked to find a better solution to the problem)... I would like to add that it's so typical that the cops should attack the rave scene with this smoking law, yet garbage bars, like Fouf's, can have half-assed smoking areas and all is well...same old bullshit I guess...it's just too bad that nicotine is more important than music to alot of ravers - all the parties I've been to in the past months have been half empty 'cause the other half is outside smoking...y'all don't have to stop, just try to cut back during an interesting event ... that's it... ...
