I was wondering what kind of equipment I should buy if I plan to start mixing ? should I invest more on a good mixer or good cdj ?? any hint on the brand/model I should buy ? I heard that the Pioneer cdj 100/200 are a good serie.. anything else I should be aware of before buying anything ? I saw a Pioneer CDJ200 brand new for 365$ on E-Bay, is it good ? Thanx !! |

You must go with the newest proffessional gear, dont compromise ! When it comme to art in any form , it is a #1 necesity to take very care of other peps opinion! Use the most standard set-up and buy the records everybody likes, try to find out what your friend got and get it too.
Simpler solution is a complete kit that include records and a dvd for learning 'How to be a successfull DJ' Remember its the equipement that make the artist ;) ;) ;) |

Seriously, its important to get technical knowlegde first, it will avoid costly mystakes..... And dont rely on this kind of board, always take info from the source. So chek manufacturers and reviewers websites for specifactions on product and UNDERSTAND THEM. then buy. |
