I did great sounding music in buzz with a celeron500, but I only used internal effects and synths and there isnt' a whole lot of graphical stuff going on in that program...
Then again fastracker2 on a 486 could do 32 note polyphony which is enough to make good music (but with no effects or anything)... |

the new stuff like the minimoog vst kill the cpu though but it sounds freaking amazing |

I'm still using Cubase VST 32, and I'm not nerd enough to remember the specs and inside/outs of my comp processor. I do store all my recent tracks on an 60 gig external drive (Pine).
I will post my soundcard info and other shite later... |
