| Description: | DJ MAD took the province by storm at a blinding speed. In 2 years, he was booked at more than 80 events and each time, he gave the best out of him. Well known for his energetic trance & hard trance sets, he knows how to drive a crowd wild with his mad technique(no pun intended!), wicked track selection as well as his tremendous presence on stage. He recently got his first record deal with Fevah Records and played along some of the biggest international artists such as Push, Manu le Malin, Laurent Ho, Kevin Energy, Lab 4 and many more. My first party as a dj was in july 2001. Equipment used (turntables - cds - gear)? 2 sl-1200 + djm500 + 2 cdj100s is my favorite setup. Current favorite DJs & those that have inspired you since the beginning? Indica really inspired me as well as s4. What was the first club/party you started spinning at? Heaven 1. How many places have you DJed at? 80+ as of today. Biggest gig so far? Evolution Radar One...More than 10 000 people showed up at the event :) What was the first vinyl you bought when you started spinning? Dave Holmes / Devotion / Tidy Trax Do you enjoy the songs you play? I only play tracks that I like. Do you ever get tired of hearing those songs? Not really. Which song(s) is/are requested to you the most? Altitude - Altitude/ Arome - Hands Up What's your favorite aspect of your job? Sharing my love for music with people. What's your least favorite aspect of your job? I always bring a lot of vinyls, so my vinyl case ends up pretty heavy! What's the strangest thing that's happened to you while DJing at a party? A girl decided to do a backspin with one of my playing records. Do you consider doing production (your own music) in the near future?
