DRUG DEALER'S SELF-JUSTIFICATIONS FAIL TO IMPRESS

Re: Life of an ecstasy dealer, Jan 21

Oh what a life! How instructive and edifying it was to read how "Sam"
the dealer's "base of patrons" includes the professional class.

How exhilarating to know my grand-children could have a kindergarten
teacher who parties on ecstasy deep into the night, to then,
presumably, stumble to work that morning.

How re-assuring that my financial adviser could be similarly inclined.

Finally, how comforting to know my doctor's professional acumen might
be influenced by a night of ecstasy and revelry.

With a cavalier attitude and rationalization, our pusher re-brands his
behaviour as that of an "independent businessman," as if this elevates
and exonerates a behaviour that is contributing to the neurological
befuddlement and deterioration of society.

How nonchalantly he blames PMMA (paramethoxymethamphetamine) for the
deaths of the children, when they are simply emulating his patron role
models who can afford his better quality drug. What does he say to
broken-hearted parents and siblings devastated by the ecstasy-death of
their precious family member? We all hope you rot in hell!
