Windows7 Folder Viewer Customization Help

 Coolness: 132945 | So Ive finally installed Win7 earlier this evening and
running smoothly and everything... :) just having some issue with having it looks like WinXP :P anyone could help me do THIS: 
??? iv'e must have spent 20mins already trying to figure out how to do it but just cant find it at all :( |

 Coolness: 108715 | you hold the left alt key then press space bar then let go and use arrows to navigate the thin horizontal bar that appeared ; read thoroughly. |

| Coolness: 132945 | wais je garde la barre d'infos en bas sur les fichier selectionés dans le
folder c'est pratique :) mais la barre de navigation a gauche CRISS QUE J'EN AI RIEN A FOUTRE! LOL c juste gossant messemble ALT+LEFT/ALT+RIGHT pour naviguer dans les dossiers ca va TELLEMENT MIEUX pas besoin d'un arbre généalogique de mon disque dur dans chaque putain de nouvelle fenetre que j'ouvre ;) |
