Sebastian Hoff a.k.a. Promo was born on the 12th of April 1976, and started mixing very soon. When he was 19, he already had a hit on Thunderdome IX with The Prophet. With years, Promo started to make different hardcore songs in differents styles, and then he created his own style; dark and hard.
